CBRE|Fredericksburg announced a partnership Thursday with Central Park Marketplace Holdings Inc. for retail leasing and management services at Central Park Marketplace at 1541 Carl D. Silver Parkway in Fredericksburg.
The 215,500-square-foot shopping center is part of the regional 2.5-million-square-foot power center known as Central Park. Located midway between Washington, D.C., and Richmond, the property is visible from the 1-95/Plank Road (Route 3) interchange in Fredericksburg.
Central Park’s anchor stores include Walmart, Target, Macy’s, Costco, Best Buy, Old Navy, Sports Authority and Wegman’s.
Robby Brownfield of CBRE|Richmond and Lee Cherwek of CBRE|Fredericksburg are representing the landlord in all leasing transactions. Judy Guild, senior real estate manager, and Katie Jones, real estate manager of CBRE|Richmond, will handle property management.
