CBRE | Hampton Roads continues to expand its presence in the region. The real estate firm renewed and expanded its lease in downtown Norfolk, taking 18,760 square feet on the 11th floor of 150 West Main.
CBRE added 3,664 square feet to its lease. It plans a major renovation of the office. “We are seeing a shift in workplace configurations to one that focuses on open seating, collaborative workspaces and socialization areas,” J. Scott Adams, regional president, said in a statement.
Perry Frazer, senior vice president of CBRE | Hampton Roads, handled the transaction on behalf of the owners of 150 West Main Street.
