CBRE|Hampton Roads said Wednesday that it has arranged the $1.64 million, long-term, fixed-rate, non-recourse financing for St. Paul’s Office Building in Norfolk on behalf of St. Paul’s Associates LLC.
The 42,300-square-foot building is located on St. Paul’s Boulevard, across from the new courthouse complex in downtown Norfolk and next to a light rail stop for The Tide.
John C. Richards, Jr., vice president of CBRE Capital Markets, arranged the financing with one of the firm’s correspondent lenders.
