Va. House panel OKs ban on tailgating bicycles

RICHMOND This could be the year that Virginia joins the rest of the nation and outlaws tailgating bicycles. A House of Delegates subcommittee gave unanimous approval today to a measure (HB1950) adding bicycles and other non-motorized vehicles to those that cannot be followed “more closely than is reasonable and prudent” under state law.
