Chesapeake Planning Commission recommends against data center

The Chesapeake Planning Commission voted 6-1 Wednesday night to recommend denial of a rezoning for a 350,000 square-foot data center in the Great Bridge area of Chesapeake after hundreds of residents passionately opposed the project.
