AWE Carybrook LLC has purchased the 182-unit Carybrook Townhome Apartments in Hampton for $9 million, or about $49,450 per unit.
The seller was Carybrook Hampton LLC. Jonathan Skinner of Harrison and Lear Inc. represented Carybrook in this transaction.
The complex at 2109 Newton Road consists of 172 four-bedroom units and 10 two-bedroom units. According to Harrison and Lear, the property was 87 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Harrison and Lear will be the managing agent for the apartments, which have been renamed Avalon Townhomes.
