Redi Carpet Inc. has leased 16,000 square feet in Crescent Business Center II at 10404 Lakeridge Parkway in Hanover County.  Scott Douglas and Franklin Bell of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations. 

In another deal for Thalhimer in the Richmond market, Virginia Commonwealth University leased 14,924 square feet in the 700 Centre at 700 E. Franklin Street Richmond.  Suzanne L. White handled lease negotiations.
