One of the biggest publicly traded companies in Virginia has a new face on its board.
Pietro Satriano was elected to the board of directors for CarMax effective Oct. 1. He will sit on the nominating and governance committee.
Satriano has been the CEO and a director of US Foods Holding Corp. since 2015 and the chairman of the US Foods board since 2017. US Foods is a publicly held food service distributor based out of Illinois.
CarMax is one of the country’s biggest retailers of used cars and has its headquarters in Richmond.
