An affiliate of Glen Allen-based Capital Square Realty Advisors LLC has acquired a portfolio of three manufactured housing communities in Indiana and Ohio totaling 1,141 rentable lots.
Two of the communities are in Indiana. Timberbrook, located in Bristol, Ind., is a 103-acre property with 567 lots. Onsite amenities include a community center, two swimming pools and two basketball courts. Woodlake-Sommerdale, located at 12204 Indianapolis Road in Yoder, Ind., is a 65-acre housing community with 338 lots. The complex features a clubhouse, playground and on-site management.
Byrne Hill, in Toledo, Ohio, is a 34-acre housing community with a clubhouse, swimming pool, playground and on-site management.
