Burlington has signed a lease for 40,000 square feet at Hancock Village, a shopping center in Chesterfield County. Ellen Long of Taylor Long Properties Commercial Real Estate in Richmond represented the landlord.

In other transactions for Taylor Long Properties:

Tuesday Morning also has signed a lease at Hancock Village for 12,000 square feet. Long represented the landlord.

Big Mouth Buffet has signed a 13,000-square-foot at Laburnum Park Shopping Center in Richmond. Long and Brian Bock represented the landlord.
