Booz Allen Hamilton announced Monday that it has been registered to pursue business opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of economic diversification.
Booz Allen says it can provide services to government and commercial clients in the kingdom, particularly in the areas of cyber security, information technology, transportation and other related infrastructure.
“In 2013, the Kingdom is investing in health, the financial sector, social services, education and transportation and water infrastructure,” Senior Vice President Don Pressley, who leads the firm’s Middle East-North Africa operations, said in a statement. “These investments are emblematic of a growing economy, but they also herald the need for the kind of smart, holistic planning we’re known for.”
Registration is part of Booz Allen’s strategy to grow its government and commercial consulting business in the Middle East and North Africa. The firm, whose regional headquarters is located in Abu Dhabi, does business in Qatar, Kuwait and Oman.
