Bode Technology names new company leader

Lorton-based The Bode Technology Group Inc., a provider of forensic DNA products and services, has named Michael Cariola chief executive officer and president. Cariola previously served as the company’s chief operating officer.

Barry Watson, formerly Bode’s CEO and President, recently retired but will remain with Bode as a senior adviser.

Bode provides forensic DNA products, analysis services, and research services to law enforcement, justice system, and other government agencies around the world
