A personal injury attorney since 1997, Warren is the 2023-24 president and chairman of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, a professional organization for litigators statewide, offering advocacy and education. In addition to having served on the VTLA’s board for several years, Warren founded his Charlottesville firm in 2009. Previously, he was a founding partner of Whitehead Warren.
After receiving a bachelor’s degree at University of Virginia and his law degree from the University of Richmond, Warren has litigated more than 100 cases to verdict. He also has taken on pro bono cases, including representing a 9/11 victim’s family, who received a $1.1 million award from the U.S. Department of Justice.
A native of Crewe in Nottoway County, Warren is also active in the Charlottesville Albemarle Bar Association and the Thomas Jefferson American Inn of Court.
