Raytheon Intelligence & Space to acquire Colo.-based satellite provider
Arlington-based aerospace and defense contractor Raytheon Intelligence & Space announced Tuesday it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Lafayette, Colorado-based Blue Canyon Technologies, a provider of small satellites and spacecraft systems components.
