Expanded emergency dept. opens at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital

Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital’s expanded emergency department, billed as one of the largest in the state, opened May 20. It's the first part of the Roanoke hospital's $500 million Crystal Spring Tower, set to open this summer.
