Suffolk industrial park sells for $10.3M

Flint Acquisitions LLC bought the 275-acre Waverton Commerce Park, which includes two industrial buildings, in Suffolk for $10.3 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced Tuesday.
