Boeing to purchase Spirit AeroSystems in $4.7B+ deal

Beleaguered aerospace and defense giant Boeing announced Monday it has entered an agreement to reacquire Boeing spinoff company Spirit Aerosystems in a $4.7 billion, all-stock transaction.
