Blackwood Development selects Thalhimer as leasing agent for Southgate Square

Blackwood Development Co. has selected Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer as the exclusive leasing representative for Southgate Square in Colonial Heights. The 268,236-square-foot retail shopping center is next

to Southpark Mall.

Tenants include Kmart, PetSmart, Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores and Staples.

Connie Jordan Nielsen and Allyson M. Petty of Thalhimer are the leasing representatives. Nielsen said in a statement, “The Southpark area in Colonial Heights is such a dynamic retail area we are excited for the opportunity to market Southgate Square.”
