Blackwood Capital buys seven-acre parcel in Norfolk for $2 million

Blackwood Capital, an independent advisory and investment firm, has purchased 7.9 acres of land at 3350 E. Princess Anne Rd. in Norfolk from
General Foam Plastics Corp. for $2 million.

According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which brokered the sale, Blackwood plans a shopping center development.  The firm, which has offices in London, New York, Frankfurt and Zurich, could not be reached for comment regarding its plans in terms of tenants or the project’s size.

William Throne, Eric Throne and Geoff Poston of Thalhimer handled sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
