Birchwood Apartments, a 61-unit apartment property in Cloverdale, has sold for $3.2 million. Built in 1972, the property encompasses 13 buildings on 10 acres of land.
The new owner is EF Birchwood LLC, who represented itself in the purchase. Frank Martin of Hall Associates Inc. in Roanoke represented the sellers, Birchwood Partnership LLC.
