William H. “Bill” Halprin, a senior vice president with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. (SLN) is transitioning into a new role. Starting in early 2014, he will move into business development, acquisitions and management consulting.
Halprin has been with SLN since 1979 and has been involved in all aspects of multifamily management, most recently as director of operations for multifamily property management.
His knowledge and experience will play a key role in his new position in bringing new business opportunities to the company.
To fill Halprin’s vacancy, SLN said that senior vice presidents Aaron Wyatt and Steve Boyce would be promoted to co-directors of operations for multifamily property management.
Wyatt joined Nusbaum in 2004 overseeing multiple regional property managers and communities. In his new position, he will oversee the entire Hampton Roads portfolio and work on many new projects.
Boyce has been with Nusbaum since 2004 overseeing the Northern Virginia portfolio of managed communities, which totals more than 5,000 apartments. He will oversee operations of all managed properties outside the Hampton Roads region.
