Big Lots Stores has leased 36,912 square feet of retail space in Richmond.

Divaris Real Estate said Big Lots will be a tenant in the Oxbridge Square Shopping Center at 10001 Hull Street Road.

Other tenants in Oxbridge Square include: Subway, Great Clips, Virginia ABC, Starbucks and Youfit.

Sara Goodall, Cheryle Toy and Read Goode of Divaris represented the landlord in lease negotiations.
