Baptist seminary leases space at Villa Park

CBRE|Richmond reports that the Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond has leased 16,868 square feet at Villa Park 1, 8040 Villa Park Drive in Henrico County.

The seminary is moving from its location on Brook Road in Richmond near Union Presbyterian Seminary. That property is being sold to a private school.

In addition, Eagle Fire Inc. renewed its 17,753-square-foot lease and expanded with an additional 2,797 square feet at Chesterfield Business Center, 7445-7471 Whitepine Road.
