Aveshka, a professional services firm that serves national security clients in the private and public sectors, has moved its corporate headquarters to a larger Northern Virginia site to accommodate a growing work force.

The five-year transaction was for a space at 4075 Wilson Blvd. in Arlington County’s Ballston neighborhood.  According to the Washington, D.C., based Ezra Co., which negotiated the deal on behalf of Aveshka, the new office at Two Liberty Center will triple the size of the company’s former space in McLean.

Founded three years ago, Aveshka focuses on several core competencies including preparedness, cyber security, health care and IT. The privately held company expects to boost its current roster of 65 professionals to more than 100 by the end of the first quarter, and the new headquarters provides room for continued growth.

The Arlington-based Shooshan Co. owns the nine-story, 177,046-square-foot, Two Liberty Center. Ezra Co. Senior Vice President Paul Chandler and Associate Sam Werner represented Aveshka.
