Auto parts store sells for $1.36 million

Trust Agreement of Fred B. Bisger bought for $1.36 million a freestanding retail building at 6909 Forest Hill Ave. in Richmond, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.

The 0.64-acre property was most recently assessed at $996,000, according to online Richmond real estate records, which had yet to record the recent sale online. The property last sold in 2007 for $1 million.

The seller of the 8,075-square-foot building was ADAU LLC. The new owners bought the Advance Auto Parts store as an investment.

Thalhimer’s James Ashby IV handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.

S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.'s Nathan Shor and Zach Hernandez represented the seller in the deal.
