SR Westwood Avenue LLC has purchased 129,800 square feet of warehouse space on 4.76 acres of land at 2031 Westwood Ave. in Richmond from Westwood Development Group LLC for $7.5 million, Commonwealth Commercial Partners LLC announced Wednesday.
