ASGN completes $290M acquisition of Quinnox

Deal adds 2,000 employees to company

ASGN, a -based Fortune 1000 and firm, announced Monday it has closed its $290 million of Chicago-based digital services company .

Through the acquisition initially announced in January, Quinnox’s global team of about 2,000 will join ‘s commercial segment. Quinnox also has offices in India and the United Kingdom

“This strategic platform acquisition enhances our position in digital engineering and establishes a solid foundation for our offshore delivery capabilities,” ASGN CEO Ted Hanson said in a statement. “Quinnox’s global capability centers in India complement our best-in-class nearshore operations in Mexico.”

Founded in 2002, Quinnox provides a variety of digital technology and application services to enterprise customers. It generated approximately $100 million in revenue in 2025.

Last month, ASGN announced new leadership for its commercial segment, appointing Ashish Jandial as president of its North America commercial operations and Sangita Singh as president of its India and international commercial operations. Quinnox’s leadership team will work closely with Singh.

ASGN plans to rebrand as Everforth in the first half of this year. It is the parent company of seven brands (including Quinnox) focusing on AI and data, and infrastructure, digital engineering, customer experience, cybersecurity and enterprise platforms. In 2025, ASGN employed approximately 19,600 billable professionals and 2,800 internal employees.

The company reported $3.98 billion in 2025 revenue, down from nearly $4.1 billion the previous year.
