Henrico County-based Fortune 1000 and firm has appointed new leadership for its commercial segment, it announced Wednesday.

ASGN has appointed Ashish Jandial as of its North America commercial operations and Sangita Singh as president of its India and international commercial operations.

The appointments follow the planned retirement of ASGN Commercial Segment President Sean Casey, who will transition to an executive adviser role after nearly 30 years with the company.

In November 2025, ASGN announced its plans to rebrand as Everforth in the first half of this year. It is the parent company of six brands focusing on AI and data, and infrastructure, digital engineering, customer experience, cybersecurity and enterprise platforms. The company’s commercial brands include Apex Systems, Creative Circle, CyberCoders, GlideFast Consulting and TopBloc.

“Ashish and Sangita’s appointments represent an important milestone in our evolution,” ASGN CEO Ted Hanson said in a statement. “Together, their decades of IT consulting experience, longstanding client relationships and deep industry expertise will strengthen our ability to deliver high-impact solutions to our commercial clients. I am thrilled to welcome them to ASGN.”

Jandial joins the company from Accenture, where he most recently served as managing director of the North America consumer industries consulting practice. In that role, he led large-scale initiatives integrating AI and agentic capabilities across commercial, supply chain and finance functions. Before Accenture, Jandial spent 13 years at Infosys Consulting.

“I am honored to join ASGN as it advances its long-term growth strategy,” Jandial said in a statement. “Commercial enterprises are increasingly prioritizing AI-enabled transformation and measurable outcomes, and ASGN is well-positioned to meet that demand. I look forward to working with the entire team to deepen client partnerships and accelerate growth across the commercial business.”

Meanwhile, Singh was most recently the general manager of IT services at Microsoft India, where she led large-scale growth initiatives. She previously held senior leadership roles at IBM, Infosys and Wipro.

“I am excited to join the company during this period of transformation and to help scale its presence in India, expand go-to-market capabilities and deliver exceptional value to clients worldwide,” Singh said in a statement.

Earlier this month, ECS, ASGN’s federal government arm, appointed longtime government and technology executive Donnie Scott as president.

ASGN reported 2025 revenue of $3.98 billion, down from nearly $4.1 billion the previous year.
