What trends are you seeing in real estate law?  The construction industry continues to grapple with high costs and labor shortages. There is continuing pressure to cater to developments perceived to attract millennials, including urban-style, mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented developments. However, as millennials continue to grow their families, they are heading for more suburban areas, creating interest in select projects characterized by increased walkability, community space, proximity to restaurants and services, and access to public transit. And finally, have you heard about multistory warehouses? You soon will.
