Clark joined Baskervill, one of the state’s most prominent design firms, more than 25 years ago and was named president in 2004. A graduate of Virginia Military Institute who has an MBA from William & Mary, Clark started his career as a mechanical engineer at Newport News Shipbuilding and served as an Air Force officer for five years.
In recent years, Baskervill has opened offices in Charlotte, North Carolina, Denver and Gdansk, Poland. Among some notable recent projects completed are the new Moxy hotel at Virginia Beach and William & Mary’s Hearth memorial to enslaved people. Baskervill is also part of a development team vying to remake Richmond’s City Center area, including the shuttered Richmond Coliseum.
Clark has served on boards for the Virginia Council of CEOs, the River District Alliance and Greater Richmond SCAN.

WHAT MAKES ME HAPPIEST: Being with family. Being with family somewhere in a mountain setting makes that just a little better.
