Professional Services: HORACIO ROZANSKI

Since 2012, Rozanski has led a strategic transformation of Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on investments in technology and talent, as well as reshaping its portfolio toward mission-critical, high-margin solutions.

A native of Argentina who grew up during a period of political turmoil, Rozanski joined the Fortune 500 global management consulting corporation as an intern in its Buenos Aires office in 1991, and went on to serve as its chief personnel officer, chief strategy and talent officer, president and chief operating officer. He was named CEO in 2015.

For more than a decade, Rozanski has played a central role in major initiatives, including the 2008 separation of the firm’s core government and commercial businesses. In July, Booz Allen formed a $100 million corporate venture capital arm, Booz Allen Ventures LLC, which will invest in early-stage companies and technologies, focusing on defense, artificial intelligence/machine learning, cybersecurity and deep technology.

Rozanski is chairman of the Children’s National Medical Center board and serves on boards for CARE USA, Marriott International and the Corporate Fund Board for the Kennedy Center. He’s also a member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s Committee on Conscience.
