Professional Services: ERIC SCHEINERMAN

Scheinerman joined CIBT in 2019 as its chief financial officer, bringing extensive global finance experience from executive roles held worldwide.

Before coming to CIBT, which provides immigration and visa services for businesses and individuals, Scheinerman was chief financial officer at Wind River Environmental, an air quality company. Before that, he held senior finance roles at Aptiv plc, the Irish auto parts company. He was based in Shanghai and served as vice president of finance for Aptiv’s electrical and electronic architecture segment, which had operations in 28 countries and more than 120,000 team members.

In February, CIBT acquired Swiss digital visa company Viselio for an undisclosed amount, and in June, the company launched a new version of its visa and immigration software, ImmiSMART, based on a platform developed by Viselio.

Before joining Aptiv, Scheinerman was managing director and CFO of Liberty Lane Partners LLC, a private equity firm focused on building and improving middle-market companies. Earlier in his career, he held senior management and finance roles at ThermoFisher Scientific, Whirlpool Corp. and 3M Co.

He has a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
