Roanoke-based The Branch Group Inc. has hired Tina Pfalzgraf as senior vice president for human resources, the company announced March 28.
Pfalzgraf’s first day was Monday. She will be responsible for leading human resource initiatives for the company, and will serve on its executive leadership team. Pfalzgraf has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, and most recently served as senior director of human resources operations for the advancing national security business unit at Dallas-based Jacobs, an engineering and construction consulting services firm.
She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pacific Union College, according to her LinkedIn account.
Founded in 1963, the employee-owned Branch Group provides corporate services and leadership to its companies: Branch Civil, Branch Builds and G.J Hopkins | Lacy.
