Guillot is a commercial real estate developer focused on mixed-use projects with Class A office, retail and multifamily. He joined Thalhimer in 2007 as an office broker and developer, and led the redevelopment of the former Westhampton Theater in Richmond’s West End into the Westhampton on Grove retail complex.
In recent years, he has become involved in larger developments, including the $2.44 billion Diamond District project in Richmond. Guillot has been tasked as lead developer for the joint venture, which includes replacing the Diamond field for the Richmond Flying Squirrels Minor League Baseball team in time for the 2026 season. In addition to the new stadium, the Diamond District is expected to include 3,000 residential units, 935,000 square feet of office space, two hotels and 195,000 square feet of retail and community space.
In July, Guillot and Thalhimer Realty Partners were among defendants in a $40 million lawsuit filed by Republic Projects, an entity connected to a development firm formerly included in the project.
A Louisiana native, Guillot is on the board of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) and graduated from the University of Richmond.
