The Inova Ambulatory Surgical Center in McLean has sold for $5.5 million, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
The property was sold by Barlow Corp. to BAPPU LLC.
The center includes two medical office condos totaling 9,925 square feet on the fourth floor of a larger medical office building totaling 70,055 square feet. The building is at 7601 Lewinsville Road in McLean, eight miles from Washington, D.C., and near Sibley Memorial Hospital, Virginia Hospital Center, Dominion Hospital and Inova Fairfax Medical Campus.
Cushman & Wakefield managing directors Gino Lollio and Travis Ives, who lead the firm’s national health care capital markets group, as well as managing director Matthew Sullivan, director Lindsey Groom and associate Paige Wingate, with the firm’s Washington, D.C.-based healthcare advisory team, represented Barlow Corp. in the transaction.
