An industrial facility in eastern Henrico County has sold for $9.39 million, Richmond-based real estate firm Porter Realty Co. Inc. announced Friday.
Located at 4650 Oakleys Lane, the 229,829 square-foot facility sits on more than 23 acres and features dock and drive-in loading. The property was sold by 4650 Oakleys Lane LLC to Henrico County-based mailing and shipping service company Direct Mail Solutions, under limited liability company Seventy1.
Direct Mail Solutions is currently located at 4500 Sarellen Road in Henrico near Richmond International Airport, but will consolidate into the Oakleys Lane facility, says Porter Realty spokesperson Liz Greving.
Cliff Porter and Robert Porter II handled the marketing and negotiations on behalf of 4650 Oakleys Lane LLC. Founded in 1965, Porter Realty offers brokerage services including lease administration and property management.
