Mango hit the ground running in March 2021 after being named president of CGI Federal, the U.S. arm of the Montreal-based information technology and business consulting firm. In October, CGI Federal acquired Array Holding Co. Inc., a digital service provider and federal contractor, adding about 275 employees, while expanding CGI’s reach into the public sector.
Mango landed at CGI through its acquisition of American Management Systems Inc. in 2004. She became a senior vice president in 2015 before becoming president, a job in which she oversees 7,000 employees. WashingtonExec named her one of its 35 Execs to Watch in 2022, citing CGI’s acquisition of Array and Mango’s reorganization of the company’s business units. She also launched a new diversity, equity and inclusion executive leadership program.
A University of Virginia alumna, Mango is a founding member of the Washington, D.C., chapter of Chief, a private network focused on supporting women executives. She also serves on the American Council for Technology’s Industry Advisory Council and on the board of the Shared Services Leadership Coalition.
