Singer joined AT&T in 2015 after working for more than 30 years in national security, both in the federal government and in the private sector. In 2020, she was tapped to lead the telecommunications company’s defense and national security work for the public sector. She also is involved with FirstNet, the nation’s broadband network for first responders.
With two degrees from the University of West Florida, where she serves on the board of trustees, Singer is an “executive-on-grounds” for the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and serves on the International Spy Museum’s governing board.
Earlier this year, AT&T was chosen by the Department of Defense to participate in some of its 5G experimentation prototypes, exploring the use of augmented and virtual reality for warfighter training.
