How do you divide your responsibilities as an attorney and serving as president/principal of your firm?
It is a balancing act that is constantly evolving depending on what is happening at the firm or with clients. It is also an opportunity to put into practice what I am often counseling clients to do.
What are some of the challenges associated with transferring brownfield redevelopments?
Evaluating, quantifying and bracketing the risk so that all parties are comfortable enough to complete the deal.
