Atlanta-based Wood Partners LLC, a multifamily real estate investment firm, has completed construction on a luxury apartment community in Chesapeake and leased 81 percent of its units.
The 280-unit Streets of Greenbrier sits on approximately 13.8 acres next to the Greenbrier Mall.
The apartments include one- , two- and three-bedroom floor plans and lofts in three- and four-story buildings and seven carriage units.
Floor plans range from 737 to 1,290 square feet. All units will have either patios or sunroofs.
Amenities include a swimming pool, courtyards with grilling areas, a dog park, play area and a car care center for washing and vacuuming vehicles.
A 6,500-square-foot clubhouse will house a cyber café, 24-hour fitness center and a Wii gaming area.
KBS Inc. was the general contractor, and Cline Design Associates was the architect.
Wood Partners, founded in 1998, owns 77 properties with a combined total of more than 20,200 units. The company has offices in 16 markets nationwide.
