American National Bank and Trust Co. has purchased the 10,966-square-foot former headquarters for PMI in Roanoke for $2.2 million. According to Hall Associates Inc. in Roanoke, which brokered the transaction, the building at 3000 Ogden Road sits on 3.3 acres and is about a quarter of a mile from Electric Rd and Tanglewood Mall.

Frank Martin and Jim Deyerle represented the seller.
