Almost 40 acres in Suffolk sell for $4.2 million

Almost 40 acres of land has been purchased in Suffolk for $4.2 million, according to Virginia Beach-based Divaris Real Estate Inc.

The 37.9 acre-property at Harbourview Boulevard and Hampton Roads Parkway was purchased by Michael D. Sifen Inc. from Harbourview Partners. The land is located just north of the Harris Teeter at Harbourview Marketplace. Divaris’ David Redmond and Levi Thomson brokered the deal on behalf of the seller.

Additionally, Fortis College has renewed its lease for 26,111 square feet of office space at 6300 Center Drive in Norfolk. Divaris’ Elizabeth Paasch, Michael Divaris and Jason Oliver represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. 6300 Center Drive is leased and managed by Divaris.
