Allegiancy, a Richmond-based commercial real estate asset manager, has assumed management of the Colonnade II office building in Raleigh, N.C.
The 126,926-square-foot building at 8510 Colonnade Center Drive is located near downtown Raleigh, the Raleigh-Durham International Airport and Research Triangle Park.
According to Allegiancy, the property is 100 percent leased through 2023 as the global corporate headquarters of Salix Pharmaceuticals, which provides therapies for gastrointestinal maladies and diseases.
The $31 million, Class-A building was constructed in 2008. The property sits on 6.8 acres.
“Allegiancy is extremely pleased to have been appointed as the asset manager for Colonnade II. This is an extremely attractive asset in a market we know well,” Allegiancy President Chris Sadler said in a statement.
