WBT helps organizations expand online learning portfolios

Alexandria’s Advanced Solutions International (ASI) has acquired New Hampshire-based WBT Systems, a learning solutions provider, the company announced Wednesday.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1991, ASI provides subscription-based software and services for associations and nonprofits worldwide.
WBT helps organizations expand their online learning portfolio. The company developed TopClass LMS, an education platform.
“We’ve had a long and successful partner relationship with ASI, and we’re excited to join the company,” WBT Systems CEO Paul Dooley said in a statement. “We plan to leverage the additional resources behind us to enhance our award-winning learning platform to better serve the needs of all of our clients, including those using iMIS.”
WBT will have no change in management, staffing or day-to-day operations.
