Leesburg-based AHT Insurance, an independent insurance brokerage, has expanded its operations to California.
AHT’s San Francisco-area operation, managed by Brendan Kelly, is in Redwood City, Calif. It is fifth office for AHT, with other locations serving the Chicago, New York and Seattle areas in addition to the Washington, D.C., market.
Kelly has more than 11 years of experience in commercial insurance, serving a diverse group of customers ranging from pre-funding startups to publicly traded companies in both brokerage and underwriting capacities.
AHT is an insurance brokerage, risk management consulting, employee benefits, surety bond and retirement planning services organization.
