LM&O Advertising has signed a 10-year lease for 21,000 square feet at Skanska’s 1776 Wilson Blvd. in Rosslyn. The company plans to move its headquarters to the top floor of the five-story property in December, from 2000 14th St., N. in Arlington.
LM&O President Chris Laughlin said 1776 Wilson Blvd.’s amenities, eco-friendly design and proximity to two Metro stops make it a strong fit for the 94-person agency and its clients. “Our selection affirms LM&O’s commitment both to Arlington County and to being an outstanding place to work,” Laughlin said in a press release.
LM&O has hired architecture firm Davis Carter Scott of McLean to design the office space. “We envision an environment that promotes creativity and reflects our culture of collaboration,” said Laughlin.
Avison Young represented LM&O, and Skanska USA Commercial Development represented themselves in the lease negotiations.
