Advance Trailer Systems Inc. renewed a 76,166-square-foot lease in the Interport Business Center on Eubank Road in Henrico County. N. Dean Meyer, Evan M. Magrill, and Dawn M. Calabrese of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer handled lease negotiations for the landlord while Rob Dirom of CBRE/Richmond handled the transaction on behalf of the tenant.
In other transactions for Thalhimer, BWI Distribution Inc. renewed its lease of 40,000 square feet in the Interport Business Center. The same team of Meyer, Magrill and Calabrese handled lease negotiations.
PC Specialists LLC leased 19,500 square feet at 6250 Gorman Rd. in Henrico. Matt Braun handled lease negotiations.
