Acosta Inc. has leased 63,350 square feet at 5820 Ward Court in Virginia Beach and 27,240 square feet at 2551 Eltham Ave. in Norfolk. Deborah K. Stearns of Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant in both transactions.
