Acosta Inc., a sales and marketing agency in the consumer packaged goods industry, has leased 63,350 square feet of office space at 5820 Ward Court in Virginia Beach. Deborah Stearns of Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate handled lease negotiations for the site and a second location, with Acosta leasing another 27,240 square feet of industrial space at 2551 Eltham Avenue in Norfolk. The company is based out of Jacksonville, Fla.
