A former bank branch sells for $1.35 million

A former bank branch in Henrico County has been sold for $1.35 million.

The commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer said Midtown Land Partners bought the 3,184-square-foot building at 2420 Staples Mill Road.

The building is situated on about three-quarters of an acre of land in Henrico’s Willow Lawn area.

Will McGoogan of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled sale negotiations on behalf of the seller, who was not identified.
